The Mount Saint Vincent University NDP is an affiliate club of the Nova Scotia Young New Democrats, the youth wing of the Nova Scotia New Democratic Party.
MSVU NDP club activities include involvement in NDP committees and council, outreach to potential youth membership, organizing on events on campus, education and lobbying on progressive issues, representing the interests of young people in policy development, and much more.
We are looking for members who want to become effective spokespersons for the NDP and for a coherent progressive vision – people who are interested in volunteering with political campaigns, who want to develop their communication and public speaking skills, who want to meet other progressives, and most of all people who care about social justice.
